Hello all, this guitar was built for me as a second for my 1976 Tele. Synthetic bone nut 21 fret 7.25 radius maple neck. Alder body. Seth lover neck, pure vintage 62 bridge. 3 saddle fender bridge. Latest mods are 4 x 1mg pot and new scratch plate to hold neck pickup with no ring. Anyway it's a tone monster which doesn't sound anything like the 76. It has its own tone going on which has opened up big time with the new pots. It's a phenomenal machine can't believe it, crazy good!

It makes it work well / give a good sound at a really low signal (under 2 on a twin) for starters. The bridge pick up is big with the new pots, very clean sound though which I put it down to being new. Not much character.

On reflection the 1mb pots have brought a disparate assembly of parts, (old body new neck, humbucker etc) to unite them in one cohesive instrument somehow
