Tele, I'm guessing you tastes run similar to mine. I just sent my Daisycutter back to Randy so he can turn it into a Dumble. This will cut back on the extreme hi-gain and give more clean with a darker more articulate overdrive. I hope! Listen to the Phaez and Dumble clips on youtube.

My Daisycutter absolutely nails Bostson's "Smokin" and ZZ top. I'm after a tone like Santana in "Smooth". This is more in line with a Dumble ODS. Randy will work his magic.

Not exactly sure how I first heard about Phaez, but the MLP forums definitely got me gassing for one! In January I ordered my first Phaez: 18 watts, 2 channels (one AC30 Top Boost circuit and a second Blackface circuit). The amp is spectacular, and contains all the sounds I could ever want (the best of both worlds in one amp IMO). I also first heard of Sour Mash cabs on these forums, and had Bob build me a Bluesbreaker style cab for my Phaez. Bob's work is also top notch! The entire package far exceeded my expectations. Here's some pics:
