....and eggnog
Argh!

I lost 27lbs lately. One gulp of that stuff and it’ll come back as 37ibs!

On the wagon. Love the stuff. But can’t have that stuff. No sense of moderation with eggnog & me. I’ll keep sippin’ it ‘till I start feeling like I’m drowning, then have some more!

Just having Pete’s Dark Roast Java today, and yes,

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

(and pass the Les Pauls) YEEhaw!

She was hiding it from me in a drawer in the fridge. Don’t know when she got it, but I didn’t get to crack into it until just now. It was my surprise.

I delighted in eggnog as a lad; water glass size servings.

"That's enough."
"You stay out of that. Save some for somebody else."
"Don't drink it all. Somebody else might want some."

A one-third-full container of eggnog would sit in the fridge 'til late January and end up getting chucked.

How have you dropped 27 lbs? I have been losing that fight for some time.

My son-in-law and I walk a mile plus every morning. I eat what my daughter makes, no between meal snacking. That’s about it.
I lost thirty in two months on a Keto diet, a couple years ago, but it came back. Then, the shelter-in-place added a few more.
In 1980, when I was 30, I weighed 175lbs.
That was 100 pounds ago!

Inspiring. It sure is hard now in my mid-50s. Used to come of L O T S easier in my 30s and even early 40s
