I’m sorry I’m reading this. I placed an order last month for a half nylon saddle abr bridge. Am I doomed?
If you don't have tracking or anything other than the initial "Thank you for your order" email, most likely screwed... Initiate a chargeback if you can.

Ordered a month ago but I finally initiated my chargeback after repeated calls and no answer after a month. I like to think that there is a bit of brother/sisterhood amongst guitarists and when one of our own resorts to theft via their online business, some government agency with jurisdiction needs to step in.

Personally, I don’t care what life circumstances Creamtone is dealing with. If you can’t fulfill orders, you need to stop taking them. Blows my mind when people build a viable business and end up flushing it all down the commode.

Update on my purchase placed on 8/2/22 directly from the Creamtone site.. got the confirm email.. tracking etc etc… a month passed and no change in tracking and no contact from CT. Reached out via the email given for support.. email address wasn’t valid. Reached out on the FB platform via messenger several times with no response. After the second month I decided to file a claim with PayPal. Had all the documentation to support how the seller never shipped the items ordered and I made an effort to contact him.

While waiting for my refund response from PayPal.. a box from Cream Tone arrived today, 10/31/22. Still never heard back from CT saying “Hey, sorry for the delay, I dropped it off at the post office Friday”.

Guess the PP claim lit some fire under him to send out the stuff or at least seemingly so.

If ya glance at his reverb feedback, seems he’s to be having no trouble fulfilling orders since everyone is praising him for fast shipping. He also advertised on his FB page about how he ships the next day. How would that make you feel if you made a purchase nearly 3 months prior and had zero contact about it?

As others have said, the potential is there to have a top notch business there if it was reliable.. at this point, hiring someone to help with the more basic leg work type of tasks would outweigh the cost of that worker in the long run. That’s if that’s the cause of the problems.I don’t expect stuff to arrive within a day like stores such as SW or AMS but come on..

Anyhow, parts are here and installed.. it could have been handled better.

I took a gamble and ordered a single truss rod cover.

I had it shipped to a friend in Alabama since I live in Canada and it’s just easier for me to send a bunch of stuff to her and then have her send it all up to me in one bunch.

Shipped the next day.
Arrived in two days.

I got lucky I guess.
But I knew the gamble going in.

Is this guy in SC? Has anybody filed a complaint with the State Attorney Gen.? I can't believe this is still going on.

State AG likely won't do anything since each individual case only amounts to petty theft.
They'll just say "File in small claims, this is a misdemeanor and not worth our time"
This would need to be a group attack through the Fed.

I have had no issues with Lonnie the past couple months. My orders are being filled prompt and courteously.

Glad to hear about the current orders being fulfilled. Creamtone was a good resource. I don't want to add any misinformation or speculation, but will simply say that I wonder what will happen with much older orders that have not been filled. Personally, I would simply initiate a refund via my credit card, and also through whatever site, if any, I have used for the purchase, if I had not by now received an explanation and new delivery date.
I will repeat a thought I posted earlier: why doesn't Lonnie post an explanation, perhaps an apology, on this forum? I think people are forgiving and supportive when dealt with honestly and forthrightly. Just leaving them hanging obviously breeds all kinds of resentment and bad feeling -- understandably. Why not clear the air?

I never bought from them, but I noticed that CreamTone has a shop on Reverb with some very recent positive feedback.

I tried that.
Charges must be contested within 90 days of purchase.
I'm pushing 2 years.
Make another purchase and then you'll be able to contest the charge!

So buy what I already bought, then when I receive it, charge back the new purchase?

Could work... except he's only shipping to his Reverb customers and I don't want to fuck my Reverb account.

And with my luck, he wouldn't ship this order either.

I was just kidding.
In my scenario you end up losing even more!
