the fact that his threads are inflammatory enough to steer people away from even entering as soon as they see his name should speak for itself.

So yeah, he's infamous. Should be easy to avoid him then... no need to ban him. His threads are often the most entertaining!

That shit will NEVER end.

Bloomberg makes our "slippery slope" case for us. It will NEVER end.

The article states instead of the clerk putting more than two hits of sugar in a large coffee, you walk over to the sugar dispenser and add your own. No slippery slope at all. You have the freedom to sweeten the coffee yourself as much as you like.

If I want a bagel with cream cheese, a big salt encrusted soft pretzel, a 40 ounce fatty steak, a triple decker cheeseburger, 10 nitrate enriched Nathan's dogs, a whole package of bacon and a half dozen Big Gulps, while jamming out to old Motorhead MP3s, it's none of his fvcking business.

Dude, I can get a steak in a 40 now?

I love America!

Oh oho...the discussion is turning reasonable. Need to stir things some more:

1770s - "a foreign government controls our trade, denies us democrtic representation in parliment, and sends troops to occupy our cities and kill our citizens - Our fundemental rights as humans are violated - to arms! there must be revolution"

2010s "a muncipality has made it a little bit more difficult to buy a really big pop - Our fundemental rights as humans are violated - - to arms! there must be revolution."

Yeah, who cares about kids with diabetes or hearing damage? Fhuck them. It's not like tax dollars are eventually gonna be spent on them. Besides, who cares if our society is unfit....bfd! If Jesus didn't give a damn about our fellow man why should we?

So, where does it stop? Going to limit how many hours your TV can work a day? After all, if you sit there and watch too long you will get fat and get diabetes. Really, the issue with obesity is that people are too freaking lazy to get any exercise ...send police to everyone 's home, force them to take a gym memberships and then have them punch in and jail them if they don't?

Never saw where Jesus said grab people and force them into the river for baptism. If people want to be self destructive, that is part of thier right.

That's silly. Being able to buy a large soda isn't a fundamental right. We all know what our fundamental rights are...

Free internet access
Free cell phones
Free abortions
Free birth control
Free/subsidized housing, food, college, a living wage and a job for life...and the right to take other people's property as long as they have more than you do.:thumb:

As an update to my previous post...

Mayor Bloomberg's reaction to the ruliing:

"We are disappointed in the ruling. We believe the judge did not fully hear our arguments. Most likely a result of poor hearing due to excessive high volume headphone use".

Maybe that's the reason most kids are having problems in school?

It's not that they're not listening. It's because they can't hear?:hmm:
