She made headlines after stripping off and going topless during a concert in Brazil on Saturday night.
But it seems Courtney Love was involved in even more drama at the Sao Paolo Music and Arts Festival gig.
A new video has emerged showing the outrageous singer engaging in a foul mouth rant at a member of the audience who held up a picture of Courtney's late husband Kurt Cobain

Rant: Courtney Love made an obscene gesture at a fan during a foul mouthed rant at a concert in Sao Paolo, Brazil on Saturday night
'I don't need to see a picture of Kurt, and I'm going to have you f****** removed if you keep throwing that up,' she said.
'I'm not Kurt - I have to live with his s***, his ghost and his kid every day. Throwing that up is stupid and rude and I'll beat the f*** out of you if you do it again.'
Warming to her theme, the 47-year-old singer then launched into a rant at Cobain's former Nirvana bandmate Dave Grohl, who now fronts rock band The Foo Fighters.
'You weren't f****** married to him, I f****** was. You weren't kicked out of a band by him like Dave - he did.'

Outrage: Courtney's rant was captured on video and was made during the same performance where she ended up on stage topless
'Go see the f****** Foo Fighters and try that s***' she added before making an obscene gesture at the fan and declaring 'Great we'll leave now. F*** you!'

She then stormed off the stage followed by the rest of her band, prompting the crowd to chant her name in an attempt to get her to return.
The video then shows a member of her entourage appearing, telling the crowd that if they want to see Courtney again, they should chant 'the Foo Fighters are gay.'

Courtney then came back to the stage where she again seemed to make a barbed reference to Grohl, telling the crowd: 'I don't care what you listen to at home, but if a guy takes money off my kid's table, f*** him.'
Later, during the same performance, Courtney stripped off her white T-shirt, before stripping off and performing topless.
According to Radar, the singer 'literally pulled down her tube top, one side at a time, as the audience cheered.'

Kurt Cobain committed suicide aged 27, back in 1994, leaving behind daughter Frances Bean, now 19-years-old, who is estranged from Courtney.
In December 2009, it was reported that a judge had issued a related temporary restraining order, prohibiting Courtney from having any direct or indirect contact with her daughter.
The star recently discussed how much she missed Frances.
She told Vanity Fair: 'All I can feel is how much I love her.
'I’d give anything to hear the sound of her heels walking down the hall past my bedroom.'
