I own Little Dog #26 which I believe is the last one he made in that series of guitars. It has quickly become one of my favorites. Very loud acoustically and really light.

I'm not sure if Larry is making guitars anymore as it appears his website doesn't have any new guitar offerings.

The man has played Greenie what more do you need. I would like to think his hands after playing Greenie are putting mojo on all the guitars he builds...

I had a quick chat with Larry yesterday - very busy on a large group of custom orders, thus the lack of inventory on the site. Per Larry, soon to be back to normal operations.

Valery's build queue is now around 1.5 to 2 years. He and Larry are very similar in that he is a one man shop also. The LPs Valery makes are around 8.5 pounds without any weight relief. If you wanted additional weight relief similar to Larry's guitars, the weight would be well under 7 pounds. I think both luthiers make great guitars and you couldn't go wrong with either of them. This one weighs 8.5 pounds. As an FYI, Valery puts Brazilian rosewood on his 59 SC style guitar at no extra charge.
