i'm looking forward to it myself. i always liked that show in a "glad that's not my door" kinda way. i always thought the show actually deterred some crime.

Years ago my wife and I were at a local festival/carnival and that whatcha gonna do bad boy song was playing. All of a sudden two cops were chasing some young guy and tackled him to the ground, cuffed him and took him away. Ha, it was real but unreal at the same time.

Liked the episode where the big gal had the little guy tied up with phone cord or something and was beating the crap out of him. He had the bright idea to go off and hit her and didn't realize he was fighting out of his weight class.

My dad did 20+ years on the NYPD, he said the most realistic cop show was Barney Miller, the least realistic Hill Street Blues.
