I lied, I'll pull out my card right now for an ebony custom with maple fretboard. fingerprints be damned.

My Ebony HH Strat frankestein getsca lot of time here. I am sure I can adjust for a LP!

Well, I went and played it again yesterday. This time it did not speak to me as readily. as I donot really need another guitar, but think I should have this in the lineup I decided to hold off for now. There is a bit of near buyer remorse today. :420:

Jimmys black beauty studio tone....
Also “your time is gonna come” organ intro sorta...

But his BB sounds so good in the studio...

If I was advising u, I would suggest the 2018 classic...

It is extremely rare to get a bound les Paul with p90s for under $2k
I have one (gold of course) but the black is awesome and sounds mean and EXACTLY what a les Paul p90 should sound like...
Mine is exquisite all day long hooked straight into an amp with no fuss...

Don't forget the '11 (give or take a year or two) traditionals that came with tapped p90s. I had the black one (which came with 60s neck, GT was '50s) that I paid I want to say $900 for used in mint shape. They're going for more than that now, but another black p90 option.
