Chibsons are getting good

Every now and again I see these sort of posts which construes a double face palm. But here goes...
People on this forum are savvy enough to know how OR when to spend thier money and whether value for money ranks high on their decision making process.
They dont need you and me telling them that to reach the zenith of their playing journey you need to sweat like a blue arse fly to save your hard earned cash and buy thay $6000 tribute guitar.

That's not what it's all about. Think about it!

I'm not advocating that people should rush out and order their Chibson guitar for 350USD and try too fool their mates they've scored a $6000 axe.

But if ONE does not feel comfortable spending an extraodinary amount - saving away - depriving himself or his family of the other MORE IMPORTANT nessessities in life - he doesn't have to.
See the value for money in purchases like I do. Hence the plank of wood and $8 example. I'm not dissing anyones purchase. This is simply my opinion and my purchasing guideline in life.
Buy what you feel comfortable with, what you can relate and more importantly what you can afford.

It's that simple.

I dont like the counterfeit industry, I have never purchased anything from them but I can understand how it came about.

People are buying these things from all over the world because the chinese counterfeiters have tapped into peoples emotions and buying impulses.
They're inferior to the genuine article but ppl dont care in a throw away - N x times use, society.

I'm not privy to marketing stats but do you think that everyone that needs a power drill buys a Dewalt or Makita or do they look at a harbor freight special to get the job done and tie them over?
