It's nowhere near as "clownburst" (or whatever people call it) as it appears.

I like that better than the Ace sig. :dude:

Thank you. I really wanted the Ace sig, but I went with this because it has the 60's neck. Don't get me wrong...I'd rather have Ace's the heavier custom model and that gorgeous flame top for looks and feel. But I chose the playability with the slimmer neck. I consider myself to have hands on the small side.

2 questions. How much did you pay for it, and canyou post more pictures?

$2450.00

I will try to get some new pics this weekend, but please be patient because I'm so forgetful at times.

Are you serious?

Yes, I am. That is one of the most beautiful Les Pauls i've seen before. I can't find it on ebay, or guitarcenter.com, or Sam Ash. It's the definition of Paul:slash:.

You can't find them anywhere because they were a part of the "Guitar of the Week" series last year. Only 400 of them were made. It's sort of an unofficial Ace Frehley model.

Yup. You're right. Not quite as nice as the Ace model IMO.

Hi Guys;

Thought I'd post my crappy Norlin, a '74 Deluxe CSB. I bought it on eBay last year. Every other one I see in this condition has a much higher asking price (or MUCH, MUCH higher, if you go to Groovy Guitars).

Here it is when I got it:

And here it is after I added P90s (I put the stock minis back in a few months ago when I got the DCs):

I think the last time I posted that pic we decided it was a Vagina Burst..

Nice Standard, but when I had the nut replaced (was cut too low) here recently we decided it needed some fret work to get rid of the buzz. I decided to keep playing it, I'll wear those high frets down some eventually.
