Yes, a few were made in '03 during the original run of MM Stingers, some in the original run of Cloud 9's in '04, but the majority were in '07.

I do not know of any for sale currently.

Here's my 2004 CR7 Black Beauty. Its exactly the same as the regular Historic Black Beauty minus the shoulder pain. This one weighs 7.8 lbs and that's with Grovers. There were only a handful of these made and I searched for one for several tears until I was lucky enough to stumble across this one on eBay a few years ago. I have it loaded with a set of Throbak SLE-101+ pups and it sounds killer.
