Case for 50s Junior?

I got this 55 Jr restoration project.. What is the best case for a vintage Junior? Neck angle looks almost like zero degrees. Regular LP case with a pillow underneath the back? I‘m starting to think a Tele case might be a good idea..

I managed to nab a Gibson branded Junior case for my '55 LP Junior on eBay. Pretty sure it must have been made by TKL. Very good, and worth keeping an eye out for, perfect supportive fit.

They made a chainsaw case for slab bodies. I have one for my Jr. Fits perfectly. May take some searching to find one. Mine has blue interior.

The best one IMHO is black with red lining Art&Historic from 90's.
Had real deal '59 Junior in this, fit was excellent.

Willies in St Paul put my '61 in one of these and insisted that it was exactly what my guitar needed. It has served me well for 20+ years

Got the case today from American Musical Supply. Both my 57' and 59' Juniors fit like a glove! Very good neck support. I like the new latches they are using. Very smooth. Not sure where the case is made. Overseas I'm sure but its overall a nice case.....

The 70s black Lp cases are also a decent fit for juniors. They are getting pricy too now though.

The problem is, i believe, that Specials and later Juniors have a neck angle. My 55 does not. At least none that’s visible to the eye.

I'm guessing mine is going to be more like the 2.5 degree or so one you would have on an SG. That is different than a carved top LP so I'm not sure what to think. I've decided to wait until it gets here as i do have a lot of LP cases. If one of them fits it fine, great. If not, then I'll buy the case.

There is a Reverb seller with generic TKL cases for Juniors and Specials.

My 58 SC special has fit perfectly well in in a 5 latch Lifton csae for 63 years.

Another good thing to look for is a case with adjustable neck rests. If you see the screws and dress washers on the sides that means you can pull them out and cut some off the bottom to lower them. The Gibson/TKL cases should be that way.
