Can the Babicz FCH Full Contact Hardware Tune-O-Matic Bridge Damage Les Paul Body?

Hello Everyone,

First time here, and the first time posting.

I have a Babicz Bridge intended for new builds, on an Ibanez Archtop Hollow body. I had to heavily modify the bridge and make a floating component, but it works great.

Now just yesterday, I put an FCH on my Les Paul. I can review my impressions elsewhere, but while installing it I wondered if the contact with my LP body would damage the finish.

I understand that if I really torque it down I will probably do damage, but I'm wondering if any of the members here have had any experience with a FCH damaging your finish / or not.

Any recommendations on how much torque to use?
