Ok guys, I am looking for a good noisegate pedal. Here is what I am considering:

1. Electro-Harmonix Hum Debugger Hum Eliminator Pedal

2. MXR M-135 Smart Gate Pedal

3. Boss NS-2

4.Carl Martin Noise Terminator Pedal

5.Rocktron HUSH Noise Reduction Pedal

Just wanted some thoughts or suggestions. Thanks in advance.

NS-2. If you feel like spending money, ISP Decimator.

Yeah, I think I'm down to either the ISP or the MXR Smartgate. I won't be getting anything until next week, so I'll keep researching.

Looks like they are both about the same price give or take a few dollars.

ISP

Period.

I am a dealer for ISP, because I tried one. I use 50's Juniors, and only the ISP lets me tame the buzz without killing the tone.

I like your "WHAT THE HELL?" button on the Trademark 60 box, Greg. What does that do? Fire up a strobe light for solos? Blow the shirts off the female patronage? Launch spit wads at the soundguy?

:D

Yngwie Malmsteen has a video on youtube, showing him using the NS-2 to tame a DOD308 Preamp OD Pedal (If any of you are familiar with this overdrive pedal it hums like a lawnmower)
