Can someone tell me what this number is?

I'm not a Fender guy, but love Teles. My good guitar pal has been in search for one. I found a girl on Facebook, in my area. selling a "94 American Tele" for $400. Sounds too good to be true, but who knows. I asked for a picture of the headstock, and this is the number she gave me. The picture was too blurry.
