Trying to find out the distance between the pickup adjustment screw of the Neck pickup and the adjustment screw of the Bridge pickup.

My Ibanez Destroyer DT520 for example measures 4 1/32" and I'm curious to whether the Gibson Explorers pickups are mounted similarly.

That's a big gap. My 2018 Explorer has 4" between the adjustment screws.

Damn near gave myself a hernia lifting that case and putting it back :D

Actually I realize now I typed a 5 when I was aiming for 4!

4 1/32" is what I meant

Thanks for the reply! With this info I feel more confident in scoping out replacement pickups for the Destroyer by listening to Gibson Explorers on youtube. Not the same guitar for sure but definitely in the same vein.

I looked up a template for an Explorer and it specifies 100.6 mm, or 3.97-ish inches, so still not a huge difference. The pick up routs will be the same size, anyway. Humbuckers are pretty much standardized as far as length and width. Mounting legs may vary, but a short legged pickup should fit into any body and ring. Might have to use shorter screws/springs on them.
