Are all Reissue R9's designated as CR Chambered Reissues?

I'm fairly certain they all are.

I didn't know if say a 2013 R9 could have a serial 93XXXX and also be chambered. Without the CR serial.

Right...its not chambered without the CR prefix...

It may feel like its chambered, but based upon an insider pic that was floating around here for a while, Gibson uses the lightest hog planks for the R9's.

Yeah that's what i meant lol. Sorry long day at work.

I wasn't sure if a standard R9 that has no type of weight relief. Could be chambered or weight relieved without designating so. Every Chambered R9 I've seen has a the CR in front of the serial number.

That's right, they were R8's. I don't know what I was thinking.
