Can Anyone Help Me Identify This Guitar?

A friend of mine sent me this pic asking for help identifying it. I did an image search on Google and was unable to find it. Don't see any markings... anyone seen anything like this before?

Headstock looks like a cross between Dean and BC Rich.

I'm leaning towards a Dean but cannot find one to match.

I just saw one on a Japanese web site from Nov of this year, Asking price was a little over 3 grand used.
