I wouldn't know my teenage daughters don't dress or act/dance that way. They watched the movie and said it was disgusting the way these little kids were dancing and miming sex.

I saw enough to also think it's disgusting and no way for a little kid to act.

I dont think it's art or anything i just think it's gross and probably something some old pervert is going to jerk off to.
Sadly one of my nieces did. Went from a STEM kid to possibly worse than the girls depicted in the movie. I’m glad your daughters were turned off by it as sometimes that’s all someone needs to not take a certain path.

Yes, there are scenes where it will make you cringe, but the truth is, how those girls act are exactly what many pre teens are doing now. This movie is trying to bring awareness and she is spot on.
I have to rely on opinions of people that have watched it, I won't. I have all sons (all grown).

I watched the Jeffery Epstein 3 part series thinking that I might get some more information about how and who he got his money from.

NOPE!

In the 3 episodes that aired, there was a single, quick, mention of Wexler and very brief mentions of others that Epstein catered to. They did however, go over, and over and over and over, the way he abused the young girls, and stories from the abused. Everything covered, could have been presented in a single episode.

In my opinion. This "series". Is written and produced for people who get off on this abuse.
The excuse is made that they are providing a voice to the victim, but the presentation says otherwise to me.

Same thing with Cuties. Netflix states their intentions are legit, but the production and presentation speaks to me otherwise.

:hmm:

In this age of endless virtue signalling, what often seems to sell like hotcakes is sheer outrage...

That is, in addition to people who like to gawk at scantily-dressed children as they twerk for the sexual thrills, there's probably another segment that wasted no time in dialing in so they could gnash their teeth and foam at the mouth in an inferno of moral outrage.

And then there's probably a third camp in there... people who wanted to see the kids doing their provocative prepubescent gyrations and copping a thrill thereby, while also gnashing their teeth and being outraged! :laugh2:

As HG Wells once said:

"Moral outrage is jealousy with a halo"

Same thing with Cuties. Netflix states their intentions are legit, but the production and presentation speaks to me otherwise.
Well, they weren't going to garner a large audience to view this crap by dressing the girls in Little Debbie outfits, complete with to-the-ankle bloomers... :hmm:

In a way, the whole project is a masterpiece of an irresistible appeal to the darker side of human mentality.

It's got a little something going for it for everybody other than the disinterested stoics out there. I'm sure the ratings are way up there. :laugh2:

But I'll tell ya: I live near some of the premier beaches of Florida, and if I want to go gawk at near-naked little girls it's just a short ride from here to there. Not that I've paid great attention to that in the past-- and not that I've paid all that much attention to this Netflix presentation-- but now that I'm thinking about it, I'll bet I'd see way more skin on the beach than on the television program. Just, the beach kiddies probably wouldn't be twerking... :hmm:

Ain't nobody about to declare war about it, either... though at one point in the 1990's, we did have a guy run for state attorney of our circuit while promising to eliminate the sight of adult women wearing thong bikinis in Daytona Beach...

I bet to a pedo it is porn though
To a pedo, a children clothing catalog might be porn.

(Hey, how many "mature" MLP members have jerked off to the Sears catalog?
And it wasn't intended like that! ;))

You can't control what a pedo is going to do with whatever.
That shouldn't stop people from denouncing the hypersexualization of young girls
subjected to pressure brought up by society.
