it's telling that the "hacked model 3" video stays up though. that's the one i thought would get him into big trouble, but not so far, yet. maybe they are leaving that one alone so it stays up, and so it can be used against him?

I can’t access anything from the OP link that relates to Tesla or ICE cars. All I can say is that I hear many Tesla (and other EV) owners here in SW Colorado are switching back to ICE due o lack of charging stations in this part of the world. Around here, an EV for road trips is no good.

possibly T is pushing back since the Electrified Garage hacked the model 3 code? and references selling that upgrade through Electrified Garage?

i think Rich will eventually see a suit for selling "upgrades" that are probably protected as IP.

Keeping in mind that market cap is basically Monopoly money. Not quite- it has value to shareoweners - but it really says nothing about the company or its balance sheet except that the market rates it a "buy." Bizarre, given what Tesla's balance sheet looks like.
