Buzzing

Hi there!
I have a solid state amp for practice IBANEZ TBX30..
Now,the problem is that when I play on the clean channel on the high E,there is some kind of buzz,which doesn't occur when unplugged..

Sounds like fret buzz. Is that the high E or the wound low E string. Sounds too low of a note for the high E.
Does it happen when fretted or only open string? Does it happen when lightly picking the string with amp cranked?
If that was recorded mic'd, it may be something in the amp buzzing at certain frequency (which would explain why you cannot hear anything unplugged)

You could have a bad speaker. Do you have any way of trying another one?

It happens on the 6th string,the 0.46 string.
I noticed that it happens also when i play the 7th fret on the A string
And at the E string it happens when its open and fretted for few frets
It happend when i pick regulary
