Does this headstock ring a bell ?
yup late 80's mij burny lpc's !
BUT why is the thunderbolt inlay on some other "brand"?
any explanations ?
im keen to learn more

I have seen that lightning bolt on another MIJ, I think it was an Aria? Maybe not.

hmmmm, since Burny's were made by Fernandes, maybe it's a store brand made by Fernandes for a store chain by that name? ...hmmm, just maybe . . . don't ya think? ?

I have seen that brand on Yahoo, most likely made by the same factory.

Didn't Samick use some bastardized version of that lightning bolt? The OP's lightning bolt looks too small to be a Burny.

Indeed, post-Matsumoku made Aria Customs use that type of lightning bolt. Also I believe Arias cheapo brand "Blitz" use a lightning bolt on LPs

lol i did A LOT of research and i found out that its spelled as gession and it's by tokai, odd ehs ? and the production years were 70's to 80's.
kinda cool tho. im kinda surpised that other company's are using the lighting bolt headstock too

I always thought it was Gession but it is actually Session.
The just made the "S" look like a "G" so it looks closer to "Geebsun"
