Bogner pedal help

I have a bogner ecstacy pedal my dog passed on. It stopped doing anything. I found the culprit it was a cap 33uf 35v. My question is can I put something I there say 33uf but a higher voltage

Yes, the voltage rating is the amount of voltage that it's rated to withstand without being damaged, kind of like the wattage rating on a resistor. You can always go higher.
