Not "THE" ,but one Bloomfield, my question was if its a historic or any other replica.:cool:
I didnt expect it as the real one, but the case is vintage.

As I said "anyway" - nice guitar.

@stumble
You are right with the wider flame..but its another angle and hard to compare.
I would like to know the source of the picture. :)

Look at my pic ,same guitar different lightning, I would say you can never be sure with some pictures only.

I want to show you what i mean.

From a burstview, the flame can appear much wider:

even if its a more reverse chevron on the original picture, i didn´t find the selected top on mine totally wrong compared to the real Bloomfield. :)

btw. After looking thru different pictures, I think the unknown pic from dwagar shows a replica, but not an actual Gibson Historic.

as I said with that pic, I stole it off the net. It could very well be a replica. It's not a new Historic though, pic is older than that. Could be an older one though. TP moved, knobs changed, wear mark added, etc.

here's where it came from

I see under the pic is says 'photo illustration' whatever that means. Maybe it's a '59 that's been photoshopped a bit?
