Saw them on the same tour. First Time seeing Metallica Live. Ozzy's band with Jake E Lee was great, but Metallica really blew them off the Stage.

Saw Sabbath for the first time in '77. Was a great show but you could tell some of the chemicals were starting to take a toll on the band, Ozzy in particular.

Of the first two albums with Dio, I preferred Heaven and Hell, but Mob Rules was very good also.

The years with Ozzy are so much different than they were with Dio. BS with Dio was great; so was Rainbow with Dio adn Ritchie. But I'm a bigger Ozzy fan.

I saw Black Sabbath for the first time, Sept. 1978 in Fresno, California. The opening act was Van Halen.
Long live my memory (what's left of it) of that great show.

This one almost sounds like Cream crossed with....well... Sabbath. And has the best album cover too, with Paranoid a close 2nd.
