Hi all - want to fit a Bigsby on my LPJ and my original idea had been to fit a B7 with the Vibramate no-drill system. Trouble is that fact that I only have a wraparound bridge means I can't do that. Are there any other no-drill possibilities, or do I have to buy a 'horseshoe' and get drilling? Thanks!

B6, with a B3 endplate and vibramate "plate" at the strap button. No drill

Thanks. Just to clarify, that's the B6 on the right, and the B3 with the shorter endplate on the left, yes? Is it easy to swap the endplates out? And can I continue to use my wraparound bridge?

Yes, to all. The B6 endplate will be too deep for a LP, hence the B3 endplate swap. Look at towner.com for a few of the smaller details. Or keep asking here. I’ve done more research on the subject than I’d care to admit, but it’s an easy mod/swap

Swapping endplates is a tension pin that needs to be punched out

And is a new pin easily fitted to the smaller endplate? (Happy for others to chime in - don't feel you have to respond MSB)

Just saw this thread...everything said is correct

A much less complicated solution would be to use a B5…
I quite love them and they can be fitted with a vibramate bracket so no drilling required

Yes, I like the B5s, but I only have the wraparound bridge (and no stopbar), so no holes to fit the Vibramate bracket...

should give you an idea of what you're in for.

if you wanted to space it back for some reason or just get the flat plate
