Bias readings jumping around...ZAP!!

Ugh I am an idot....on the proper setting I get 299v on the standby switch. All readings are seem good. 122v coming in from the wall.

I knew the answer because I have done it myself several times. It happens.

Most "civilian" meters top out at 500 or 600 so if you're over 600 it's a good indication you've got it set incorrectly.
