Looking for the spaghetti tubing used on capacitor leads and sometimes ground buss on pots. Early 70s style. They sell it on Reverb, but it's like 10 bucks a foot. Anyone know where to find a roll of it?

Out of interest, how many period correct 70's guitars do you need to re-wire - such that they would be irrevocably devalued by not having the right tubing??

......because 1 foot will probably be enough cover most people's personal collection if they were re-wiring every single one. And a 'roll' would be enough of a price hike over 1 foot that you'd need to be expecting to be doing maybe 100 guitars to make it worthwhile

I'm also recapping my silvertone amp that used it as well. So I'll need more than a foot. Just know there's probably some place to get more for less than on Reverb

Well I had to read your posting again. I bought mine from Luxe Radio both yellow and brown.

Not sure about a roll as according to luxe they do the final manufacturing for the brown tubing but both yellow and brown are made from the original manufacture that Gibson purchased from.

I’ve had good luck using the cloth jacket from the cloth covered pre tinned style wire you can get off Amazon or reverb. It’s a little more effort but it’s pretty easy to work with and cheaper than $10 a foot.

Otherwise heat shrink has been my go to.

You got a pic of what you’re talking about?
