Here's my 1965 Epiphone Olympic, made in the Gibson Factory that a good friend of mine gave to me as a project - in the same condition it was given to him. Just wood and bushings - first couple photos. It had to have spent some serious time exposed to the elements, so have always joked that it must have been used to prop open a barn door. Well, this barn just down the road was just begging for some photos with my guitar. Routed for a P90 & custom guard made.

Perfect in every way, I'd keep that as it is forever.

What an awesome guitar and some really excellent photos of it at that time-worn barn! Looks like it was a beautiful day, too. Thank you for sharing.

NICE!

Screaming for proper knobs though. :naughty:

Great save!

Funny, I was going to source some knobs, but I really like speed knobs and they don't look too bad with the black guard. They looked hideous with a white guard.
