I could go on and on about how numerous musicians have rocked arenas and stadiums with inexpensive gear like Boss that were blue collar prices but nope.....

If something makes someone happy then so it is.

Like I said I have a board full of BOSS's other effects but their dirtboxes just aren't it for me.

Right now I have a TU-3, CS-2, GE-7, and a VB-2w on my board right at this moment and frequently rotate in and out a TR-2, DC-2w, DD-2, RV-2, DM-3, CE-2w, etc as I feel like changing things. I just can't get down with the overdrives. A lot of them are just very fizzy to me. To each their own, different strokes, etc. Some of the mods for BOSS overdrives sound nice but then it's not really a BOSS pedal.

BUYING these pedals now that they're listed at like $700

Out of curriousity I checked on reverb. Lots of them for sale 150.00-200.00 range.
I remember when they came out, folks said they needed to be modded to sound good. I had one and it was pretty much like a TS. They were good pedals on the cheap!
If these things end up going for silly prices in the future it will confirm how nutty people can be
