For years, our most prolific drunkard was a man named Darryl Linticum. He was so good at what he did there has been a huge newspaper article written about him locally and another article written about him in Nashville. Darryl had been arrested triple digit times for getting beer drunk and pestering folks, staggering into heavy traffic, etc., all because of that beer.

Then there came a spell where Darryl simply disappeared off the face of the planet. Me and the guys figured he was dead and just hadn't been found yet. Then, out of the blue, I found him staggering in traffic about to be killed. So, I hooked him. He was unusually gaunt and sickly looking and had snot running to his chin.

Darryl would almost never talk, not hardly a single word ever. I knew he wouldn't talk to me on the way to the jail, but I'm a social butterfly and gave it a try. "Darryl, I've not seen you in a long time. Where you been?" He replied, "Man, I've down on Rossville Blvd. sucking dicks for ten bucks to get crack." I looked him in the rear-view mirror and said, "Darryl, don't believe I'da told that."

Had a little "situation" a few years ago that put me in a pretty serious survival position.
I made it out, but not without having to consume a California Condor.
DFG found the remains near my shelter, so of course they busted me for it.
The judge was understanding given the situation, and let me off with a small fine and only an infraction for "nonspecific wasting natural resources"


So on the way down to the parking lot, a reporter cornered me in the elevator and asked
"So, I'm sure everyone is wondering, exactly what does California Condor taste like?"

"Oh, it's a bit like Bald Eagle, a little more gamey, but nowhere near as tough as Harbor Seal"
