I'm starting to take take apart this 97 bls-95 (I think) Bacchus to clean everything up and make it nice. I checked the resistance on the pickups and I'm shocked. The bridge is 15.6k and the neck is 15.5k!! Anyone know what the heck I have? I searched and didn't find much info other than most like the bls-59 pickups and they are a in a more standard PAF resistance range7-8k. I've never really heard of a pickup that hot in the neck, I know the inductance matters too as well as the resistance and all as far as how hot it really is but damn. Makes me think these can't be original or the factory messed up and put two bridge pickups in. Here are some pics. I apologize for all the questions if it's been discussed before and I missed the info in my search.
