Congrats on the Murph, aside. Double congrats on getting it sold during the GFC.

What I have

I have nothing for sale, but will have at some point (am not so skilled with the camera). At the risk of thread-jacking, some of you may find this useful.

Instead, I have something close to 'free to good home'. That is, my fellow orstrayans, the arrangement: you pay the postage, then you get what i describe for free. nada. nix. So: here goes:

1. Strat scratchplates. i have one black H-S-S, one mint green S-S-S. the minty one still has the sticky plastic film, so it's never used. black one lightly used. Postage minimal, probably AU$1.50 or so.

2. Strat 5-way switch. Made by dimarzio, still in its little plastic box. less than AU$2 postage.

3. Epi humbucker. never used by me, had it so long I just dunno.

4. Plenty of end pins (none Schaller, two of the Dunlop locking variety) to suit an assortmt / variety of instruments.

In each case, PM me for email, pics, other details. I may take a while to respond. But it's free, right?

t
Do you still have the black HSS strat pickguard dude?

I have one of the older style - 2005 or so - Gibson gigbags for sale. It's one of the ones with the lush green padding inside, lots more padding than the newer ones. Very good condition and I'd sell it to an MLP member for $35 - I believe that Gallins sells the newer inferior Gibson gigbags for $125 BTW. Cheers.

And while I'm here, I'm also selling the original 1985 Fender Japan gigbag that I got with my E Series Strat. That's basically never been used, 26 years in the closet. I'll sell that for $25!!

I've got a 2009 R8 with a cool vintage vibe. Weighs 8.6lbs, has a great neck and sounds awesome.

$3300 or I would consider a trade - maybe on a Masterbuilt Strat or Tele.

The Klusons fit any Les Paul?

What guitar do you have and what tuners are on it?

You will need to check your tuner hole size. These have a 25/64 inch shaft (10 mm). If you've got modern style grovers then your hole size should be good but I recommend measuring it. If it's too big or small you'll need either bushings or reaming to make it fit. You may also need to make some adjustments for the screw holes depending on what tuners you have on your guitar now.

Hi all,

I have rare Bill Lawrence strat fitted with guitarforce rebelfire bridge and his custom would neck for sale. The guitar is in great working condition with some minor scratches & dents which are minimal compared to the age of this guitar. This guitar has brass nut, missing black plate and the tone is incredibly fat & clear thanks to the rebel fire pickup. I'm funding for a tele so this baby has to go regretfully.

Looking for $550 for the guitar + gig bag. Pickup is welcome in Carnegie, Melbourne or I'll ship anywhere in AUS for $50. Contact me via SMS at 0424 151 855 for more details. More photos could be found here.

i've got an Orville Les Paul standard & Edwards Les Paul standard ... both currently have Kluson style tuners.
