was wondering if anyone had experiences with both the Swart Night Light and the Badcat Unleash?

I've got 2 low wattage amps but still can't play them above 2 on the dial, so would not need huge levels on attenuation, so am wondering if the Unleash is a bit overkill for my uses?

I have a Fender PRRI and a 5e3 20 watt clone.

Thanks and happy holidays

maybe someone will add Swart experience -

the Unleash does exactly what it says - it can make an amp loud or quiet without altering the tone - you'll have to tweak the trim on it to get it just right - also it adds an effects loop, which is what I "really" bought it for.

thanks, I've read somewhere that somebody used the Unleash to run their Kemper into a real amp, so used it as an power amp, and as I'm planning on getting a Kemper soonish that would be very useful, would that work, could the Unleash power the Kemper for a guitar amp?

I have not used the BadCat before, but the manual says that it only needs 2 watts input for it to reach max (100W) output. So, even if the Kemper doesn't put out 2 watts, you can still amplify it with the BadCat. Just maybe not to it's full, normal 100W ability.
