How about Lou Reed going from this . . .

. . . to this . . .

. . . back to this . . .

Even in a career that was practically trademarked by left turns that's as extreme as it gets.

(And I still think the government would save itself a lot of time opprobrium if they use Metal Machine Music instead of waterboarding for torture. One listen to Metal Machine Music and the terrorists will confess, name names, and give directions!)

While I have no vids or pics to post on this, the Moody Blues made one hell of a turn after their first record. The first record was “Go Now” which was a rather bluesy number which did fairly well on the charts. After that, the band lost some members and acquired Justin Hayward, John Lodge, and Grey Edge. The new members steered the band into the mystical, neo-classical genre for which they are known today. The band never again played “Go Now”.

Crap, I almost named names and confessed, and I did nothing and know no one.

He should be fined for flagrant misuse of the term music.

I'm still not sure what genre to call that Paradise City cover LOL

I'm sorry but Pat Boone just comes across as one of those guys that after 5 or six ryes would just punch you in the face for nothing..

Maybe angry drunk lounge music ??
