Anyone using Kluson Revolution locking tuners in their RI ES-335/345/355?

Been looking at replacement tuners for my ES-345 64RI. Wanted to get some locking tuners, but it seems there are very few options that have a post long enough to fit the headstock thickness Gibson is using. The folks at Kluson and WD both pointed me towards the Revolution tuners product KEDPL-3801G. They seem to be the only ones, in gold, that have a long enough post. I'm not crazy about the look of them, but it seems they may be my only option.

Is anyone using these or have any experience with them? Any other suggestions that will definitely work?

Never seen those. I went with Grovers.

Do your Grovers have the same keystone buttons or the standard Grover bean? I'm trying to stay as close to stock in the look as possible.

They're the grovers with different tips. All metal. I just like the way they look on a 335 better. Personal preference. Not locking either.

I use the Gotoh SD510 series on my R's, their SDS510 seems to have a longer post.

I've never tried those, but all of the WD/Kluson parts I've used recently are top notch.

The straight-on vintage style tuners are every bit as good as any other tuners I've used. The WD die-cast tuners are as good as or better than most high end brands as well. I'm a big fan of WD-owned brands. For my money, there's nothing better.

The WD/Tone-Pros contract must have ended, because WD doesn't list them any more and Stew-Mac closed them out. If you want the bolt style posts you'll have to look for NOS or used.

I like the SD510's more than the grovers I had in the past. Cool thing is they are locking, but they don't look like locking tuners as there is no rotating mechanism on the back. Additionally they are the only tuners I've ever had that I can actually tune down and have it stay in tune.
