supplement bump...
im keeping my supps very simple at the time being, cycled off kre alk, purple wraath and white flood... so no "pre mix drinks" ... ive been making my own with just the essentials (imho)
this works great for anyone on a budget as well as you can buy all of these in bulk pretty cheap and have enough to last a long time.
the pre workout mix,
5g l glutamine (when i remember to put it in there)
5g BCCAs
2-4g citrulline malate
2-3g beta alanine
2g l tyrosine (sometimes)
if you wanted to add a stim to the mix you can get caffeine powder CHEAP...
post workout
whey and fast carbs
