Any one buy from Guitar Shop Taiwan on Reverb?

I found a guitar I really like on Reverb but it is in Taiwan. Anyone purchase a guitar from Guitar Shop Taiwan? If so, what was your experience? Thanks.

I did buy one there a few years ago. It was lost in the Chicago customs and presumed stolen. They refunded payment and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process. The guitar eventually showed up on my doorstep looking like it went through a war. This is at least a month later and with no warning. I repacked it and they paid for me to ship it back to them. Stand up guys. Recommended.

Yes, nice people, fast service, absolutely expert packing, beautiful guitar. Reasonably priced. Go for it.
