I have access to Home Depot, Lowes, Harbor Freight in my area. Any flush end cutters/ nippers suitable for pulling frets? Doing the refret over the weekend so i cannot order online.

if you have a grinder of any type you can just buy some standard nippers and grind the top flat until the cutting edge is flush. You could even do this with a good file, although its more work...

And if you heat the frets with the tip of a soldering iron they come out a LOT easier.
It helps break up the glue if any was used.

.

You can also use diagonal cutters after clamping and drilling a hole large enough for the fret to go through near the hinge as you work across the frets.

+1 on heating the frets before pulling, it will dramatically reduce tear-out.

I bought small harbor freight nippers and ground them down to be flush cutters. Took all of 5 minutes and have served me well for years.
