This guy is selling 3 Norlin customs. 2 x 1974, one is white, one is black. And a white 78.

They are all upgraded to Randy Rhoads spec with original hardware in the case. What do you think? Pics arent great, I’d be going in person to inspect.

You think his prices are high?

Bad link. Goes to ebay homepage, not to the item.

Excessively high prices are a twofold strategy.

First, you might get a sucker to pay full price. If someone hits "buy it now" the seller wouldn't mind paying eBay's crazy fees, because he's still going to make more money than he really expects for the item.

Second, it encourages buyers to contact you directly and do the sale privately, not through eBay. Then he can get the lesser amount that it's worth, but not have eBay fees eat up 10% or so.

His high shipping prices indicate that he'd much prefer local pickup. (Again hinting that he'd prefer to do a private sale.)

So approach him knowing that he doesn't expect anywhere near the asking price. And that he doesn't want to jack around with packing and shipping, so your picking it up has value to him.

Really hard to imagine that any are worth that price. I totally agree with Strayedstrater.
