Not that I'm Captain Fakespotter, but I'm getting to know the basic signs, and yeah, I can't see anything...

But a single picture from far back would give me pause.

Why do people continue to buy these things ? ...Because they want to.

Too cheap, sketchy details and bad photo are enough for me. Why would a 2005 Custom be a "restoration project" anyway?

But not enough detail to make a decision one way or another. However, I think I have a good enough view of the frets to see there are no nibs. So I'd bet its a fake.

Fake. The body shape alone should be a given. Not to mention, the acrylic inlays.
