Another demo of my 2013 Lemon R0

I just recorded this one this afternoon. I already did this solo on my 2013 R0 cherry burst and my new Tele. Both of those were recorded with the amp on the clean channel. The difference here is this LP has a V2 neck (the cherry LP has a V3), the CBs are under wound, and the amp is on the dirty channel.

Great playing as usual John. For my opinion I'm going with the Cherry Burst. Just had a tic more bite which I like.

It could have been the way I played it. I have found that when I play better, the perception is that the guitar sounds better. Though the pickups are a little hotter on the cherry LP, I played with less gain. So who knows? LOL

I am considering getting a '13 R0 Limited Run from Dave's. She has the V2 neck as well. How do you like the neck ?

The V2 neck is perfect. Those R0s they have posted now are from a different run than the one I have though. The pickups and tops are different. The ones they have now were deemed "plain" tops by Gibson, though many of them have a little flame and grain. Really good bang for the buck with a final price under $4K. I nearly bought one. Good luck and be sure to post pics when you get it.
