But it apparently didn't bother him for at least 20-25 years.

Ya... the only thing that bothers him is trying to figure out how to stretch his 15 minutes of fame into an hour.

But it apparently didn't bother him for at least 20-25 years.

Ya... the only thing that bothers him is trying to figure out how to stretch his 1.5 inch dick into a 6.0 inch dick.

Fixed.

i guess it depends on whether or not the paperwork was filled out legitimately. if you pay $500 to take someone's picture with the stated understanding that the photographer owns that image without restriction then this baby cock dude has nobody to blame but his parents.
sometimes life makes you live with your decisions. sometimes worse, it makes you live with other people's decisions.
how many people have lost their jobs because the assholes upstairs ran a company into the ground? how many people have lost loved ones because of drunk drivers? how many babies are fucked from birth because their moms partied like rock stars while they were still in the womb? how many conquered countries had collapsed societies? how many were sold as slaves?

is having one of the most famous dicks in the 20th century really this guy's biggest problem?
he couldn't figure out a way to capitalize on that with the chicks?

interesting that you can actually have your picture taken with your dick out and that's still not the thing you should be most ashamed of.

How is this even about his dick though? It's an infant, I never really saw the dick when I looked at the cover art before, just the baby in the pool chasing the money. I was 13 when the album came out, so it's not like I was super mature, either.

Go to the maternity ward of a hospital and there are dozens of baby dicks on display on the wall. The counseling office at my school where I teach has a picture of a loving family on the wall and you can see the baby's butt. You can often see a breast when a woman is breastfeeding. Why is everyone so prudish and Victorian? There's absolutely nothing sexual about that picture, it's a baby in the water. Go to hundreds of other countries and you'll see far more naked children running around. Hell, a professor of mine told me that it was commonplace in England when he was in college to swim in a pool totally nude, because they generally had male and female pools at school separate. If he were still alive I'd guess that he would be about 100 years old (he was damn old when I knew him).

It's just the human body, I really don't get the extreme prudishness or sexualization, honestly. There can be nudity (especially an infant) that isn't sexual.

M&M already pointed it out, but the irony that as a child he was depicted chasing Nirvana money, and as an adult he's still chasing Nirvana money,.. is my favorite part of this whole story.

What a loser.

If we're all honest though, we might do the same. At least I might do something similar, I have to admit. Wife and child, two step-kids, an enormous mortgage that basically amounts to indentured servitude here in California, family with expensive medical bills...yeah, I might make a fuss and try to get some money if I were in the same situation. Or maybe not, but I'd be tempted.

I'd at least ask politely first a few times, though. And wouldn't claim that the picture was child porn or sexual exploitation, but I think that an argument could be made that he or his parents deserve something. Of course, I don't know what he already may have received.

You know , giving this whole story some thought…….and I don't know why I bothered.

The law suite really should be against his guardians...

But......I have no ill will toward the guy..

Our society is littered with frivolous law suites, talentless hacks......frauds...raking it in……..rappers, reality show stars, bloggers, giant corps, politicians, #metoo.....drug dealers...etc,etc,etc.

In the USA our whole financial system is open for fvking someone out of their $$........

Its at a point where genuine grind it out hard work for profit exist's less and less everyday......

His law suite is definitely not the most frivolous to ever bless a court room......

If he grabs a few $100k ........good for him.....

At least he's not a dude suing for the right to breast feed his 13 year adopted little girls :rolleyes:

LOL

Meanwhile, the topless 11 year-old girl who graced the cover of the Blind Faith album actually has the original framed and on display in her home... she considers it to have been a bit of an honor to have been on the cover of such a popular album, and sees the photo itself as simply another bit of her life's memorabilia. :hmm:

Of course, she ain't 11 years old any more... but the thing is: she's not running around acting as though she has been exploited, abused, masturbated over by drooling, lecherous hebophiles, and that her life was RUINED because of the horror of having had her barely post-pubescent boobs on full display.

IIRC, I think she said that the only impact it had on her life was the pony she received as a modeling fee, and that's about it. Other than that, nobody thought jack shit about any of it.

Except, perhaps, for the occasional drooling hebephile.

But who cares about them? It's not like they're gonna go on TV and say so.

Exactly-it was never "porn" and he was paid for it (or his parents were)-hardly exploitation.

Not to mention he isn't identifiable-if he wasn't running around advertising it noone would ever have known.
