I'm guessing he tried to extort a settlement from the band and when they told him to piss off, this is what he threatened he would do. Hope he gets crushed into tiny pieces in court.

it isn't helping his case that he's got a tattoo of it and recreated the scene multiple times over the years. Add to that the fact that there's no way they used a photograph without a waiver. I know the parents say they didn't give consent for it to be used in that way, but if they gave consent for the photograph, the photographer probably had it in the contract that he could use the photo in other media.

To be honest, it is a bit weird that just about everyone in the world has seen that baby dick. It's a pretty famous baby dick. In fact, it should probably be on the Mt Rushmore of dicks.
