Now, you realize that your "visual aid" implies only one or two per year actually sell.idk seems to me when one has a guitar out of a batch of 600 something made total it would carry some heat regardless of when its bought or sold, Be it sold now or later the pros/cons aren't gonna over pay..... their gonna do there best to under pay, personally i'd sit on it for a bit there will be a market regardless.
