actually i tried, right after highschool i was seriously considering joining the navy... talked with a recruiter on the phone ... once he found out a bit about me he lost interest :laugh2:

I did the same thing. I really wanted to go into the Air Force. They had several music programs or whatever it was. The recruiter actually came to my house and he was a really nice guy. He told me we could form bands and everything!

Mostly they wouldn't take me because of all the re-constructive surgery I've had, but he probably thought I was a crazy long hair too. :laugh2::laugh2: I was depressed about that for good while.

My cousin did that. He played clarinet for the Air Force band and they shipped him all over the world to play.

He can't have a tat on his forearm. That wouldn't go over well with his job. I'm sure he'd like a guitar but hes not going to risk his career or future careers for it.

I didn't know Bling was a Methodist minister.

Perhaps the Methodists are much stricter. :laugh2:

So if Bling is not a man of the cloth, what can he possibly do to warrent not having a tattoo. He's not going to run for Senator is he?

I would gladly contribute, but I'm having enough trouble trying to convince my wife I need a new digital SLR.

Bling does x-ray. Just like bubby, who's a sonographer, he can't have visible tats.

You know, I'm beginning to wonder if Bling just wants that tattoo on his ass, and he's gonna get it whether the money is raised for the Historic or not. :laugh2:

Another thought...let's say Bling raises...part of the money...not all of it.....does that mean he's going to get part of that tattoo? If he doesn't, wouldn't that be a letdown to everyone who kicked down cash?

Don't know. Ask bling or bubby. :laugh2::laugh2:

Interesting one that.. OK Bubby or Bling. Why can't you have tatoos. Surely it can't be anything to do with radiation. Christ. Your arms would be burnt cinders ny now.

You know, in the title of this thread it's states quite clearly: Will do anything for a Gibson. Forget the damned tatoo, that's too easy for crying aloud. Let's get creative here and think more about what that anything could be. C'mon we've a few geniuses around here. Jeesh! :hmm:
