Allen wrench size for intonating wraparound?

I just got a Billie Joe Armstrong Junior with the wraparound bridge. I'd like to fine tune the intonation, but I don't have the allen wrench that must have come originally with the guitar.

Do you know what size wrench do I need?

You mean for the Truss Rod?
If so, I think it should be a 8,3mm

No, not the truss rod, the little screws on the tailpiece posts to be able to move it back and forth

Not here in Spain, where almost everything they sell is metric. The few imperial size wrench kits I've seen have only 5 or 6 wrenches of very different sizes and aren't cheap. I'll probably just order the right wrench online, once I find the right size

Get a set of each; S.A.E. (American Standard) and metric.

Gibson is likely S.A.E.

Next time you change the strings,Take the bridge with you to the shop the sells the allen wrenches to find the correct one you need if someone doesn't post the size.
(Maybe buy 2 wrenches keep one for just in case)

I just bought a set of imperial Allen keys for this very purpose - they arrived in the post this morning! I'm at work right now so can't try them out but I will do so this evening. Watch this space...

Don't know why my MMs' wrench is marked as .05, but glad you got it straight. I love my satin finish wraparounds, just for the simplicity.

not sure how a .05 measures up to a 1/16 but even though the 1/16 works there is a little bit of play in it so if the 0.05 is marginally bigger then it could actually be right. i was testing it on a mm special.

I don't know about you guys across the pond, but in the USA 0.05 inch is smaller than 1/16th inch. 1/16=0.0625. Make sure you are not mixing metric.

.05 is smack between 3/64" and 1/16".

3/64=.0468

So, being that small a size, a smidgen of dirt in a 1/16 opening might very well be workable with .05, but not the other way around.
