I'd never heard of them until they played on Saturday Night Live recently. I've got to say, they frikin bring it! I'm really digging their style. No crazy blazing guitar solos or anything, but that woman has got some soul in her voice like few others and they have a great soul/r&b/blues thing going on. If you're like me, and hadn't heard of them, check em out!

I, too recently 'discovered' them and instantly put their tunes into my daily rotation. They are quite good. It'll be intreresting to see where they go musically in the future.

I like em alright... I like the 60's R&B sound they seem to be inspired by.

I got their album as part of a gift. I really appreciate something about the lead singer's voice. You can tell she really cares about what she sings. They seem like a great group, and I'm excited to see what they come up with next.

I "discovered" them the same night they were on SNL, but I saw them on Austin City Limits. There were times that it was almost like Janis singing.

They are kind of old news around here (Alabama) but you might check out St. Paul and the Broken Bones if you like AS. Another sixties soul inspired young group. I kind of like their inspiration and/or vibe but am a little underwhelmed by both groups. Could use a little grease? But it is great to see young folks interested in this kind of stuff in the face of the more pervasive EDM, dub step, etc. This new tune is pretty cool. Like the groove.
