Aging preference

I too am surprised, and feeling chumpy since I recently paid extra for an aged Sandy, my first fake-aged guitar.

I don't find it surprising really. When it comes to resale; condition and originality are the main factors. And don't feel bad about aging your guitar. If it makes you happy then it doesn't matter if 99% of us on here hate aging. Play what you like :)

i prefer mine aged 21 to 30. doesn't matter what color, but must have a nice top.

C or D for me. I'm so clumsy and play kinda hard a lot so after about a year or two I may have some battle scars. Although I do dig some of the aging on some signatures. Page, Bloomfield, Slash.

Definately D for me. I like the idea of the makeover (but flinch at the cost, let alone shipping from Australia to the States and back again), but I'd like it pristine and then let nature take it's course as regard to aging.
